This page reflects some of the self doubt that I feel at times. I think I’m seen very differently than the way I see myself. Doesn’t everyone feel that way sometimes?
The photo is a surprisingly good snapshot from a trip to the zoo. For once, I didn’t have my signature “goofy” look on my face.
The journaling is a segment of the lyrics to a Trisha Yearwood/Garth Brooks song., I used some random yellow tulle that I had lying around the studio (it came from a floral arrangement bow I think) behind the journal block to pop it up and give the page some depth.

Thank you for your sweet comments. I've been to Becca's blog and know of her blog candy challenge, but I'm getting ready to move and don't have time to participate right now, even though I'd like to. I just love this page you created! It is such a beautiful page with gorgeous colors. I always envy those that can create beauty with CAS style. I tend to fill my creations with layers and textures. I try to design CAS and am sometimes successful. I don't know if you noticed that the blog you went to is shared by three of us; my daughter Dana, her friend Stefani, and myself. I am moving to be with my aging parents, and will be in their house. There is no room in their home for a crafting area of any size, so besides the scheduled posting over the next couple of weeks, you will not see any of my work for a while, until I find a job, get my own place, and then come back here to get my belongings to bring to my new home.
I wish you all the best and happy creating! I'll be going through withdrawal, and envying you as you are able to create and design while I can't. Again, Thank you for picking my name, coming to our blog and for your comment.
Very pretty Kelly!
How are you? So glad you stopped by and said hi!
